I reached out to you to find a contractor who could do antennas, tv points and large screen tv wall mounting with wall concealed cables. This was after much searching for a good contractor who had expertise in all three areas. I had quotes from others but was not confident in their ability. Also from my research there is a limited amount of contractors who can successfully undertake all three work areas.

I found your price to be competitive with others and after reading your blog on your website www.andycan.com.au I was confident you could do the work professionally.

You arrived on time with top shelf cables and equipment ready for the job. The work involved splitting and extending antenna cable to two rooms after checking signal strength, the provision of two tv points and wall mounting a 65” 4K QLED TV.

The work was spot on and the TV mounted exactly where we wanted with the TV being perfectly level, which was something I was concerned about. I would say I was a pretty fussy client but was 100% satisfied with the work and would highly recommend you to people needing these services. I am also aware you do audio and home theatre setup.

Andy Can is a tech genius! We have 2 x 5 year old Smart TVs and recently had internet installed. No help from Samsung - their reco was to go out and buy 2 new TVs!  Telstra was also no help. We called Andy and he knew exactly what the issues were and had both our TVs running beautifully in next to no time. We recently purchased a Yamaha RX-A870 from Quality HiFi which Rick delivered and connected. As the complicated wiring behind the wall mounted screen proved difficult to access, Andy from andycan.com.au contacted me to complete the installation.

Andy from Andy Can Services is a person who provides super knowledge in his field with old-fashioned customer service.

I chose Andy from my internet search for a local tradesperson and his website detailed an interesting background and good testimonials.

After thoroughly diagnosing the antenna and individual antenna points, all in my presence, he concluded that the antenna which was over 30 years old had to be replaced. Even though the old antenna had a booster the signal was weak.

His trial test with the new antenna massively boosted all the free to air station’s signal strengths.

His non obligatory quote was reasonable and I told him to go ahead with the work.

Andy was particular with attention to detail and patiently explained what he would do. He did his work with a pleasant and humble demeanour, patiently without hurry.

He even went out of his way to help me with some roofing issue since he was on the roof.

Andy came as a tradesperson and left like a friend.

I will certainly be actively recommending him to my neighbours and friends.

Andy (and his able young assistant) did a first class wall mount TV installation job. That started with moving the heavily packaged new TV from my garage, up to my living room. A task which was quite beyond me! 

The wall mount TV installation, which included coupling up a sound bar, integrating our existing BluRay DVD player, the Fox IQ box and establishing a broadband connection, was completed smoothly. On completion of the installation Andy spent a lot of time with my wife and I, firstly setting up the TV,  then making sure that the we understood the various TV and external component functions. His tuition was patient, explicit and easy to follow. As this was our first experience with Smart TV technology this was particularly valuable assistance for us. 

Everything works just fine, no hiccups at all! With the benefit of Andy's tuition we feel confident that we have adequate knowledge to navigate our way around our new Smart TV. 

We are very happy with the work Andy (and his young assistant) did and the advice and and knowledge which he shared. 

We highly recommend ANDY CAN SERVICES to  all. Nice guy, really helpful, really good service.
